St. George’s Court Application Process

We are currently taking applications for our waiting list for both our one- and two-bedroom apartments. Applicants MUST be 62 years or older. Maximum annual income is limited to $41,250 for an individual and $47,150 for two adults. Rent is HUD subsidized based on adjusted gross annual income. Rent includes the following utilities: electric, gas, water, trash pick-up and basic cable. We are an equal opportunity and fair housing provider.

Applications can be printed and filled out in advance, but you will need to complete the application process on-site in order to be added onto the waiting list. Applicants are asked to schedule an appointment with the administration staff Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm to complete the application process and to be added to the waiting list. All applicants will be subjected to a criminal background check as part of the process.
