WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS ON SITE.

We offer affordable apartment living for qualifying low-income adults, 62 years old or older. Annual income limits are determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The 2026 income limit for one person is $41,250. The income limit for two adults is $47,150.

Welcome to St. George’s Court

St. George’s Court is located at 110 North 10th Street in Griffin, Georgia, south of Atlanta GA. The facility was built in 1983 by St. George’s Episcopal Church. We offer subsided apartments for qualified low-income independent adults 62 years old or older. We are a gated property, offering 24-hour security, conveniently located near downtown Griffin, south of Atlanta.

Annual income limits are determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
