St. George’s Court Application Process

We are currently taking applications for our waiting list for both our one and two bedroom apartments. Applicants must be 62 years or older. Maximum annual income is limited to $35,750 for an individual and $40,850 for two adults. Rent is HUD subsidized based on adjusted gross annual income. Rent includes the following utilities: electric, gas, water, trash pick-up and basic cable. We are an equal opportunity and fair housing provider.
Applications can be printed and filled out in advance, but must be completed on-site. Applicants are asked to schedule an appointment with the administration staff Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. Please call 770-229-5405 to schedule your appointment.
