We offer affordable apartment living for qualifying low-income adults, 62 years old or older. Annual income limits are determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The 2023 income limit for one person is $35,750. The income limit for two adults is $40,850.

Welcome to St. George’s Court

St. George’s Court is located at 110 North 10th Street in Griffin, Georgia. The facility was built in 1983 by St. George’s Episcopal Church. We offer affordable apartment living for qualifying low-income adults, 62 years old or older. We are a gated property, offering 24-hour security, conveniently located near downtown Griffin.

Annual income limits are determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
